These Terms of Service “Terms” govern your access to and use of Harbi2, an online MMORPG game, including the game client, website, accounts, services, virtual items, forums, support systems, and any related features “Game” or “Services”.

By creating an account, accessing, downloading, installing, or playing Harbi2, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You may need to create an account to access Harbi2. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must not share, sell, rent, lend, transfer, or give access to your account to another person.
The Company is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your account credentials, including sharing your password, using weak passwords, falling for phishing attempts, or accessing unofficial websites.
Any attempt to steal, access, trade, sell, or take control of another player’s account is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban and possible legal action.
The Company grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play Harbi2 for personal entertainment purposes only.
You do not own the Game, your account, characters, in-game currency, virtual items, rankings, progress, or any other game data. These are part of the Services and are licensed to you only while your account is active and in good standing.
The Company may modify, suspend, reset, remove, or delete game content, items, balances, accounts, or features when necessary for game balance, security, maintenance, legal compliance, or the integrity of the Services.
Harbi2 may include virtual items, virtual currency, characters, equipment, skins, boosts, or other digital content.
Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services, or anything of value outside the official systems provided by Harbi2.
You must not sell, buy, trade, transfer, broker, advertise, or exchange in-game items, accounts, characters, gold, currency, or services for real money or external value unless the Company expressly provides an official system allowing it.
Unauthorized real-money trading, item selling, gold selling, account selling, boosting services, or similar activity may result in item removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban without refund.
To protect fair gameplay and the Harbi2 community, the following actions are strictly prohibited.
You must not abuse, exploit, reproduce, share, or benefit from bugs, glitches, unintended mechanics, server errors, economy errors, duplication methods, map issues, combat bugs, item bugs, quest bugs, or any other unintended behavior.
If you discover a bug, you must report it to the Company at [email protected] and stop using it immediately.
Using a bug for personal gain, helping others use a bug, hiding a bug, or spreading instructions for bug abuse may result in rollback, item removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban.
You must not use, create, distribute, promote, or assist with cheats, hacks, bots, trainers, injectors, memory editors, packet editors, speed hacks, wall hacks, teleport hacks, modified clients, private tools, unauthorized overlays, or any software or method that gives an unfair advantage.
You must not alter, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, intercept, emulate, manipulate, or interfere with the Game client, servers, network traffic, memory, files, or security systems.
Cheating may result in immediate and permanent account ban without warning.
Using macros is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to, keyboard macros, mouse macros, auto-clickers, scripts, automated input tools, farming bots, combat bots, fishing bots, mining bots, movement scripts, skill rotation scripts, or any other tool that performs gameplay actions automatically or semi-automatically.
Use of macros, bots, or automation may result in a permanent ban.
You must not use tools, software, AI systems, computer vision, OCR, screen reading, image recognition, pixel detection, object detection, external overlays, or similar methods to analyze the game screen and alter gameplay behavior without genuine human input.
You must not use any system that observes the game screen, detects enemies, items, resources, cooldowns, coordinates, health bars, UI elements, or events and then automatically performs actions, suggests actions, changes inputs, triggers macros, or controls gameplay.
Any tool that plays, reacts, farms, fights, targets, moves, loots, trades, or makes decisions for you is prohibited, even if it does not directly modify the game client.
Violations may result in a permanent ban.
You must not attempt to steal accounts, passwords, personal information, payment information, session tokens, or any other private data from players or the Company.
Phishing websites, fake support messages, impersonating staff, fake giveaways, malicious links, malware, social engineering, chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or scamming are strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in a permanent ban, removal of items, and possible legal action.
You must not harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, defame, spam, advertise, exploit, or harm other players, staff, the Company, or the Services.
You must not upload or share illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content through the Services.
The Company may moderate, restrict, mute, suspend, or ban accounts that violate community standards or harm the player experience.
The Company may investigate suspected violations using logs, gameplay data, reports, technical systems, anti-cheat tools, manual review, and other security methods.
Depending on the severity of the violation, the Company may take one or more of the following actions:
Certain violations, including cheating, macro use, botting, account stealing, real-money trading, serious bug abuse, or attempts to bypass anti-cheat systems, may result in an immediate permanent ban without prior warning.
Banned accounts are not entitled to refunds, compensation, item restoration, or account transfers unless required by applicable law.
To protect fair gameplay, Harbi2 may use anti-cheat systems, security checks, logs, monitoring tools, and technical protections to detect unauthorized software, suspicious gameplay, automation, exploit abuse, account theft, and other violations.
You agree not to bypass, disable, interfere with, reverse engineer, or manipulate any security, anti-cheat, authentication, or monitoring system used by Harbi2.
Attempting to hide cheats, bypass detection, manipulate logs, spoof devices, evade bans, or create new accounts to avoid enforcement may result in additional permanent restrictions.
Harbi2 may offer paid digital goods, premium currency, subscriptions, packages, or other paid content.
All purchases must be made through official payment channels approved by the Company. Purchases made through third parties, unauthorized sellers, or real-money trading are not supported and may result in account penalties.
Digital purchases are generally final once delivered or used, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by the Company.
The Company may remove purchased items or currency if a payment is reversed, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise invalid.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Harbi2 if you violate these Terms, create risk for the Game or other players, engage in fraud or illegal activity, or harm the integrity of the Services.
The Company may also suspend or terminate Services for maintenance, security, technical, business, or legal reasons.
Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately. You may lose access to your account, characters, items, currency, purchases, rankings, and game progress.
Harbi2 is an online game and may change over time. The Company may update, patch, balance, reset, remove, or modify any part of the Game, including characters, items, skills, maps, events, systems, drop rates, economy, rewards, prices, and gameplay mechanics.
The Company does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs.
Servers may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, security issues, attacks, force majeure events, or other reasons.
If the Services allow you to create or share content, such as names, messages, guild names, chat, posts, screenshots, or other materials, you are responsible for that content.
You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, reproduce, moderate, remove, and distribute your user content as necessary to operate, promote, protect, and improve the Services.
You must not upload or share content that violates laws, infringes intellectual property rights, harms others, or violates these Terms.
The Company may remove or moderate user content at its discretion.
The Company may collect and process information necessary to operate the Services, provide support, maintain security, prevent cheating, process payments, enforce these Terms, and improve Harbi2.
Privacy and personal data practices should be described in a separate Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company does not guarantee that Harbi2 will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, bug-free, compatible with all devices, or available at all times.
The Company is not responsible for losses caused by connection issues, server downtime, unauthorized third-party software, account sharing, player misconduct, cheating, bugs, data loss, or events outside the Company’s reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, virtual items, progress, profits, goodwill, or account access.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its managers, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, fraud, cheating, infringement, or unlawful conduct.
The Company may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, the Company may notify players through the website, launcher, game client, email, or other appropriate methods. Continued use of Harbi2 after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory applicable law provides another required venue.
